DROPSHIPPING & FULFILLMENT DISCLOSURE

LemHue LLC d/b/a Lemmue.com works with suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, logistics providers, and fulfillment partners to provide customers with access to a broad selection of products.

We believe customers should understand how this fulfillment model works.

1. HOW LEMMUE.COM FULFILLMENT WORKS

When you purchase merchandise through Lemmue.com, Lemmue.com remains your customer-service point of contact regarding your order.

Depending on the product and delivery destination, merchandise may be:

• stored by a third-party supplier;
• manufactured by a third party;
• packaged at a supplier or logistics facility;
• shipped directly from a supplier;
• fulfilled by a third-party warehouse; or
• shipped from a facility different from other products in the same order.

This type of business arrangement may sometimes be described as third-party fulfillment or dropshipping.

2. MULTIPLE FULFILLMENT LOCATIONS

Because products may originate from different facilities, a single order may arrive in multiple packages.

Packages may:

• arrive on different dates;
• have separate tracking numbers;
• use different carriers; or
• originate from different domestic or international locations.

This does not necessarily mean that part of your order is missing.

Carrier information may take time to update after a tracking number or shipping label is generated.

A generated label does not necessarily indicate that the carrier has physically received the merchandise.

6. DELIVERY TIMES

Processing and delivery times may vary based on:

• product availability;
• fulfillment location;
• customer destination;
• carrier performance;
• customs;
• holidays;
• weather;
• demand;
• supply-chain disruptions; and
• other logistical circumstances.

Lemmue.com will make reasonable efforts to comply with applicable shipping representations and consumer-protection requirements concerning delayed shipments.

7. SHIPPING FROM INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS

Some products may be fulfilled from international locations.

International fulfillment can result in longer transit times and customs processing.

Even when an independent supplier or fulfillment provider ships your product, please contact Lemmue.com regarding your Lemmue.com order.

Customers should not be expected to independently resolve ordinary Lemmue.com order problems with an unfamiliar supplier.

We will coordinate with our fulfillment partners when reasonably necessary to investigate:

• delayed shipments;
• tracking issues;
• missing merchandise;
• damaged products;
• incorrect products;
• incomplete orders; and
• eligible returns or refunds.

9. RETURNS

Do not automatically return merchandise to the address appearing on the shipping package.

The correct return destination may differ from the shipment’s origin.

Contact Lemmue.com before returning merchandise so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.

Our 30-Day Refund & Return Policy governs return eligibility.

10. DELAYED FULFILLMENT

The use of a third-party supplier does not eliminate Lemmue.com's obligations to customers under applicable law.

If an order cannot be shipped within an applicable promised or legally required timeframe, we will provide notices, cancellation opportunities, consent options, and refunds as required by applicable law.

11. OUR COMMITMENT

Third-party fulfillment enables Lemmue.com to offer merchandise without maintaining every product in a single LemHue LLC-operated warehouse.

It does not change our commitment to:

• clear customer communication;
• accurate product representation;
• reasonable fulfillment practices;
• responsive customer service; and
• compliance with applicable consumer-protection requirements.
